 Will Writer - Liberty Trusts and Wills Limited I am an Estate Planner and Advisor, associated with Liberty Trusts and Wills Limited. I live in Maidstone but cover much of south-east England up to and including London. I offer professional guidance in the implementation of Trusts, Wills, certain other legal Agreements and Estate Planning. Liberty Trusts and Wills Limited is a member of the Society of Will Writers and I am an affiliate member of that organisation and a full member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers. These organisations are the Regulatory Bodies of the industry and, as with Liberty Trusts and Wills Limited, require continual professional development, current individual professional indemnity insurance and strict adherence to Codes of Conduct and Client Charters. I visit clients to listen to their needs and wishes in the comfort of their own homes, and my first two visits, which culminate in my presentation of written recommendations and costs, are free and without obligation. In addition I offer a lifetime of care through lodging of Wills and other related documents, regular reviews of clients’ needs and a free updating service. I grew up in Zimbabwe where I was senior partner in a law practice, where I was the both solicitor and barrister. I dealt with all aspects of the law, both civil and criminal, including inheritance law. I hold a law degree. Before being in practice, I was the equivalent of a District Judge for several years. I left Zimbabwe in 2002 because of the worsening situation in the fields of education, economy and human rights. I have four wonderful children. Member Details
